Aloha! I’m Lisa Lemley, a Transformational Coach, Energy Worker, and Yoga Teacher. I am a resource for women with big dreams to claim their power, awaken their inner light and align with their soul mission.
Through a highly structured and individualized program combining years of spiritual study, coaching methodologies, and a plethora of tools including EFT (emotional freedom technique), I will guide you to stop self-sabotage, liberate your unique gifts, and build the income you desire and deserve.

It is about so much more than money
My system focuses on looking at money as a way to uncover the unconscious programs that are controlling how much money you can have and how hard you have to work for it. When you change your paradigm around money, you quickly see how this is about so much more. Money is not only a tool that we use in society, it is a symbol of our value and how we see value in our lives.
Change is uncomfortable but staying the same is more uncomfortable.
We are in unprecedented times where it is more important now than ever to transform the way we do things. It is time to ask yourself if you really want to go on in this old way or are you ready to do the work to live your best life. Is it time to step out of your comfort zone and into consistent action towards your goal? It is not always easy and this is the reason to have a coach, someone to support you along the way. It would be my honor to help you move into a new relationship with money and valuing your time and energy and your unique way of being in the world to share your true gifts.
My Approach
I can help you become unstoppable on your mission. I use a step by step process that is proven to work. Divided into four stages, we start with uncovering and healing the past, defining a radically new future, healing forward into confidence & empowerment, and supercharging your motivation into consistent action. I will show you the mind-body connection and we will use the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also called Tapping, to clear what is stopping you from stepping up to a bigger stage and having more money.
EFT, or Emotional Freedom Technique, is an increasingly well-known, efficient and non-invasive modality that combines ancient Chinese acupressure and modern psychology. Acupuncture needles are not used. This non-invasive practice consists of tapping with your fingertips on specific meridian points while talking through traumatic memories and a wide range of emotions, to positively change your brain, energy system, and body all at once.

My Story
My own journey is one that has taken me across the world, from corporate management to deep spiritual study. After completing my bachelor’s degree at Michigan State University, I began working at a 5-Star 5-Diamond hotel, with responsibilities ranging from budgeting to international expansion. Despite the glamour, travel, and income, my spirit was not satisfied. After seven successful years in the corporate world, I chose to follow my inner guidance which led me away from the corporate lifestyle.
In the years that followed, I started my own business where I worked closely with solo-entrepreneurs in the healing arts helping them expand their businesses. I learned a lot about what it takes to go out on your own to do what you love.
Simultaneously, I began my studies in yoga, energy healing, shamanic journey work, massage, bodywork, deep listening and leading spiritual retreats.
It took me years to understand how to turn my assets- gifts, skills, experience, and training- into a profitable business. It seemed to be a choice; live in a purpose-driven way, or make money, but not both. I struggled with internal doubts, believing I needed to work for someone else for a secure salary, or undercharging for my gifts.
Once I began my coach training, I uncovered the missing pieces to shift how I value myself and that transformed how I earned and my ability to manifest and save money.
I now enjoy something that once seemed impossible: a successful, sustainable income doing the spiritual and healing work that I have always felt called to. In addition to coaching, this includes Reiki sessions; leading women’s circles; leading rituals, workshops, and spiritual events; providing energy healings and world-class massage therapy in my beautiful office.
